Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

♡ Cancellation for regular plushes is allowed within 12 hours of placing your order where you will be fully refunded

♡ Cancellation for custom plushes is allowed within 2 hours of placing order where you will be fully refunded

♡ No returns or exchanges are accepted at this time due to  COVID-19 and the personal nature of the product
